DELIVERY TIME AND COST
ALL ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY PROCESSED WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY AND SHIPPED VIA AUPOST. HOWEVER, AT TIMES SUCH AS DURING SALE SEASONS, ORDERS MIGHT SUFFER A SLIGHT DELAY DUE TO THE HIGHER VOLUME OF ORDERS BEING PROCESSED. IN THE CASE OF A NON-STANDARD VOLUME SHIPMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CLIENT FOR PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT COSTS THAT MAY ARISE. CHICXULAB WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY IN SHIPMENT CAUSED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS ISSUES, OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF CHICXULAB.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $750*. NOTE: This offer may not apply during promotional periods.

Once an order is placed please allow 1-2 business days for processing. This does not include shipping times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive updated tracking details.

We request a ‘signature on delivery’ which is the default on all orders. If you ‘request for it to be left in a safe place’, all shipping responsibility for CHICXULAB and AusPost is forfeited.
Unfortunately, some shipping restrictions may apply to certain brands and products sold online. If an item cannot be shipped to your shipping destination a message will apply at the cart.

Express AusPost eParcel (Usually 1-3 days, except in remote locations & outside Perth City for WA Customers).
Express Post does not constitute next-day delivery.
Refused Shipments
If your shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet in the allocated time, it will be returned to sender. The order will be shipped again at your request and expense.
Liability
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners.

Return Policy
product Returns
If your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to offer exchanges or returns for store credit to the value of the product at purchase within 10 business days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage. Shipping costs are paid back by clients.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES FROM THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE SHIPMENT WAS SENT. WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE THAT REQUIRE CITES DOCUMENTATION TO TRAVEL.
IN ORDER TO START THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND PROCESS THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM VIA EMAIL info@chicxulab.com STATING THE ORDER NUMBER, REASON FOR RETURN AND WHETHER THE REQUEST IS FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THE CUSTOMER WILL THEN RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER THAT MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE RETURN TAG ATTACHED TO EVERY ITEM.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WHEN SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK TO CHICXULAB, TO AVOID ANY DISCREPANCY.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT MATCH CHICXULAB'S RETURN POLICY WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN COST.
THE RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING TOGETHER WITH ALL items must be as new; i.e. tagged, unwashed, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN COST.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. ANY ITEM CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONCE

ReFUND Policy
Refunds
We do not offer refunds except on faulty products.
Credits
Our credits will be sent to you via email once your return has been received and processed.
They have no expiry date and are only used online.
Credits are not available for use on Launches.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase online, please contact our customer service team who can assist you with your desired product.
Cancellations
After you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent however does not constitute a contract.
Should you wish to cancel or change your order, you must email info@chicxUlab.com within 1 hour of your order being placed.
Please note, any changes may result in a delay in dispatch of up to 1-2 business days.
We cannot facilitate cancellation requests after this time frame.
chicxulab reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.
In the event that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated credit card has been charged, your order will be subsequently cancelled and a refund will be organised.
Launches
All products purchased through Launches are final sale and not available for exchanges or credits. Refunds are only available on items deemed faulty.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@chicxUlab.com as soon as possible.
Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the fault.
Returned items that are deemed not faulty on assessment will be returned to you at your own expense.
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. Once your return has been accepted, we will process your reimbursement and send you a Refund Confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. Your card will be debited when the order is placed.
PayPal: Simplify your checkout process using PayPal's digital wallet.
Apple Pay: Use Apple Pay to easily and securely check out in iOS apps and on the web.
If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund please contact Customer Care.
Incorrect Items
We always endeavour to ensure every order is correct, however if you receive an item different to the one you ordered, please contact info@chicxUlab.com with a photo of the barcode and a brief description of the item you have accidentally received.

RESPONSIBILITY
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the Chicxulab website. By accessing Chicxulab, users agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein, as well as all other policies on Chicxulab. Users who do not agree to these terms may be asked by Chicxulab to discontinue using the site.
Chicxulab reserves the right to modify, remove, or update terms, conditions, and policies without prior notice. We encourage users to check back regularly to stay informed about the latest updates and legal information.
Access and use of Chicxulab are intended for personal use only.
PAYMENT
We currently accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and applepay. Payment details are not stored unless requested by the customer and are processed on a secure, encrypted server.
However, if third-party access to information occurs without our negligence, Chicxulab will not be held liable.
ORDERS
Once an order is placed, the requested item(s) are reserved until the credit card is charged or the bank transfer is approved, after which the customer will receive an email confirming the order with an official receipt of purchase.
For items available for pre-order, the card is charged at the time of order, and the item is reserved until it becomes available and is shipped, unless otherwise stated. Bank transfers for pre-orders must be completed within 2 days of placing the order, or the reservation will be canceled.
First-time customers paying by credit card may experience a slight delay in charges due to an authentication process. In such cases, the receipt and final order confirmation will be sent to the customer once the bank approves the transaction.
PRICING AND CHARGES
We currently only accept orders in AUD.
Credit cards will be debited in AUD, and therefore, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
Items shipped within the AUS, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, and South Korea include taxes and duties in the stated product price. Customers from other countries may incur taxes, duties, and import fees according to their country's laws, which will not be reimbursed by Chicxulab.
Shipping costs are specific to each country and are calculated at checkout when selecting the shipping destination. Different prices may occur due to currency changes or different pricing policies in various countries.
SALE
If a customer orders an item and within 1 day of placing the order the item goes on sale at a reduced price, the customer has the right to request a refund for the price difference by contacting info@chicxulab.com.
Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulations as full-price items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If a customer is unsatisfied with their order for any reason, the item(s) in question can be returned to Chicxulab for an exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. We cannot offer exchanges or returns of merchandise that require CITES documentation for shipping.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 5 working days of receiving payment. During sale seasons, shipping times may be delayed due to a large number of orders being placed.
Items are insured by AUPOST during delivery. Once the package is signed for at the stated address by the client (or gift recipient), the insurance is no longer valid, and responsibility is transferred to the customer.
We ship with AUPOST and require a signature upon receipt. If the client instructs AUPOST otherwise, the responsibility for the package's security lies solely with the client.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes can be used during checkout only once unless stated otherwise. The discount or bonus will only be visible once the code has been entered into the promotional code box on the checkout page and has been accepted.
Chicxulab will not refund or be held responsible for promotional codes that have not been used for any reason.
REGISTRATION
To access some features of Chicxulab, users are required to register an account. By registering, users agree to submit correct and accurate information. We urge users to create a safe and unique password.
This account, with the provided information, can be used by the user to easily place orders, manage their information, and gain access to useful tools on Chicxulab. The information given will not be shared with any third parties without the user's permission and will only be used for internal research unless otherwise stated.
If a user believes their account has been hacked, compromised, or used without permission, we urge them to contact us at info@chicxulab.com so immediate action can be taken to keep information private.
In cases where information is accessed by a third party not due to our negligence, Chicxulab will not be held responsible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All images, texts, and designs on this site are copyrighted and trademarked by Chicxulab. Chicxulab reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of these materials without direct consent.
NO WAIVER
If Chicxulab chooses not to take legal action against a user following a breach of the terms and conditions on their behalf, it does not mean legal action will not be taken if the user commits another act that disregards the site’s terms, conditions, or policies, whether the breach is different or not.
LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION
Chicxulab will not be held responsible for any harm, damage, or death caused by any service directly or indirectly provided by Chicxulab or that is caused directly or indirectly by Rick Owens products, materials, or personnel.
RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
By viewing, using, and/or ordering any items or services from Chicxulab, an official legal partnership is not formed between Rick Owens and the customer. A delivery contract is made and is dissolved once delivery is completed.
Chicxulab reserves the right to take legal action against individuals that claim to be in a partnership with CHICXULAB based on services provided by Chicxulab.
